Dr. Andrew Roman graduated from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2016. Upon graduating, he immediately started working in private practice for an insurance based clinic in a bigger organization. He successfully transitioned that clinic into a Fee For Service practice and helped overhaul the organization into a successful group practice. He has coached multiple practices into successful profitable FFS transitions. It his passion to make sure private practice individuals know what it means to take insurance in today's world and help them get out of the dental insurance stranglehold.
